DESCRIPTION:This month’s presentation will be on the Housing Policy Framework with a focus on Removing Barriers to Housing Production\, and the affordable housing component in the new CCHIP/Fee Waiver programs.  The presentation will also highlight how design impacts infill development. The presenters will be Anissa Schell from Tobin Hill and Cynthia Spielman from Beacon Hill\, both of whom served on two of the Mayor’s Housing Task Technical Working Groups.
